This is what Jesus says about receiving the Holy Spirit: "You hear the sound of the wind, but you do not know where it comes from or where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is like the wind. When the wind comes, there will be a sound of wind. What is the sound of the wind? Acts chapter 2 tells us: to speak in new tongues. It means the Holy Spirit is invisible, so how do you know that a person is born from the Holy Spirit? It is distinguished by speaking in new tongues. When the wind comes, the leaves will rattle and shake with the tree. It means by receiving the Holy Spirit, you not only can speak in news tongues, but your body will shake.

When the eleven disciples were given the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, a large crowd came and looked at the wonder, and others laughed at them for being filled with new wine. Peter told them, "This is not drunkenness; what you see and hear is receiving the Holy Spirit." That is to say, It can be seen and heard when the Holy Spirit pour out on you. (Acts 2:14-16,33)

What did they hear? They heard people speaking in new tongues. What did they see? They saw their body shaking. They were laughed at them as if they were being drunk. When you're drunk, you speak something you don't understand, and you sway when you're drunk. (Acts 2:2-3,12-13 )

When Paul explained in tongues, if someone came in who did not believe or did not understand tongues, would he not say, "Are you out of your mind?" What does a mad man look like? He would say something which others do not understand. And the body will shake. It means receiving the Holy Spirit can be seen and heard since people could speak in new tongues and the body can be shaken. A mad man cannot control himself, but receiving the Spirit speaking in tongues can be controlled. The spirit of a prophet is subject to the prophets and self-controlled. Let these things be stated so that men may know that this is the word of the truth from the Scriptures, that men may receive the truth and live. (1 Corinthians 14:23-25 )

Today we shall offer ourselves to God as a living sacrifice. So, what is a wave festival? That is, by the Spirit, by speaking in tongues, by being shaken by the Spirit.

Therefore, brothers, I urge you by the mercy of God to offer up your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. It is natural for you to serve in this way. "(Romans 12:1 KJV)

The old Testament talks about Aaron high priest offering a wave offering before God. Take sacri-fices and present them before God. The grain offering is to be consecrated before God by the Ho-ly Spirit, who burns sin like fire and sanctifies it. We receive the Holy Spirit and become the holy grain offering. And we shall offer and wave the sacrifice of the lamb and the oil before God, that is, we shall receive the Holy Spirit, which is like the oil, that we may be a wave offering before God. Sacrifice made by fire is waved before God. It means we receive the Holy Spirit who is like fire. We become an offering waved before God for a sweet savour and are acceptable to the Lord.

From the basket of unleavened bread that is before the Lord, take a cake, a cake mixed with oil and a wafer, and put them in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and bab them be-fore the Lord as a wave offering. "(Exodus 29:23-24 KJV)

Then the priest is to bring the lamb for the guilt offering, together with the log of oil, as a wave offering before the Lord. "(Leviticus 14:24)

His own hands are to bring the offerings made to the Lord by fire, the fat and the breast, to pre-sent the breast as a wave offering before the Lord. "(Leviticus 7:30)

Peace offerings is shaken before God. Peace offerings to God means speaking in new tongues. We pray in tongues before God, and our bodies vibrate before God shaken as peace offerings to God. To speak in new tongues is the pray with the spirit in the Most Holy Place.

"Speak to the Israelites and say to them: Anyone who brings a fellowship offering to the Lord must bring part of his sacrifice to the Lord. ... And to offer a wave offering before the Lord. "(Leviticus 7:29-30 KJV)

The Holy Spirit comes as the wind, with the sound of the wind, and with the force of the wind. Receiving the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, and the body is being shaken by the Holy Spirit as a living sacrifice to God. (John 3:8 )
