Answer: Yes. We can. Church can baptize people daily and eat the Holy Communion daily. Bible also calls Holy Communion as" break bread".

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. ...Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, (Acts 2:41-42,46 NIV)

1, Jesus held and ate the Passover feast in the evening of the13th day(Tuesday evening) of the first month. He was crucified at daytime of the 14th day (Wednesday daytime)of the first month. He died at twilight(Wednesday twilight). He was already in grave in the evening of 14th day of the first month(Wednesday night).

Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the members of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. (Exodus 12:6 NIV)

2, Law has not been abolished.

not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law. We shall obey the law. We shall obey the Law of Moses. We shall still need obey the law of the Passover which means we need eat Passover feast.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.(Matthew 5:17-18 NIV)

3, The law has been changed.

The law of Passover has been changed. Today we eat the Holy Communion which it is to eat the Passover feast. The Passover Feast in old covenant is to eat lamb and unleavened bread. Now in new covenant, it has been changed to eat the Holy Communion. Whenever we eat the Holy Communion is to celebrate the Passover. We receive true living water baptism is to hold the feast of unleavened bread. We receive the Holy Spirit is the festival of Pentecost.

For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also. (Hebrews 7:12 NIV)

4, Regulations have been abolished.

Today we don't need eat the lamb and unleavened bread of Passover in the festival of unleavened bread. And we don't need go to Jerusalem three times per year. On the very day the 14th day of the first month, no need to celebrate the Passover.

“It was because your hearts were hard that Moses wrote you this law,”Jesus replied. (Mark 10:5 NIV)

They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings—external regulations applying until the time of the new order. (Hebrews 9:10 NIV)

The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless (Hebrews 7:18 NIV)

Summary:

The Law has not been abolished. We need obey the law. Commandments are not abolished. We need keep commandments. The law has been changed which we obey it in another way given by Jesus. Regulations have been abolished. We don't need keep regulations. We baptize people daily, eat the Holy Communion daily. Everyday church can have new people receive the Holy Spirit. Thank God!

Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? (1 Corinthians 10:16 NIV)
